The Christian Life Enrichment Ministry (CLEM) is the Christian education arm of our church, committed to nurturing spiritual growth and biblical understanding. CLEM encompasses Sunday School, Bible Study, Evangelism, Small Study Groups, and the New Members Class, each designed to equip believers to grow in faith, live out the Gospel, and engage the world with the love of Christ. Whether you’re new to the faith or maturing in your walk with God, CLEM provides enriching opportunities to Connect, Grow, and Serve while being transformed by God’s Word.

Our two-year Evangelism program prepares students to passionately and effectively share the gospel message of the Lord Jesus Christ in accordance with the Great Commission recorded in Matthew 28:18-20. The dynamic curriculum strengthens our walk with Christ and instills confidence in our witness for salvation found only in Him

To provide library materials of a specific Christian nature, which will educate, inform and inspire children, youth and adults.

The purpose of the Young Adult Ministry is to provide a sincere support system for followers of Christ in their early adulthood. We aim to impact each other’s personal growth and spiritual development, while fostering meaningful connections with one another.

The purpose is to help people who cannot help themselves, in the areas of food, clothing and shelter. We prepare and deliver over 400 bag lunches each month. Also, we donate over 150 children coats each year during the month of December.

The Fellowship of Christian Women (FCW) encourages spiritual growth, promotes fellowship, supports discipleship and provides practical support among the women of First Baptist Church of Chesterfield. Every woman of FBCC is a member of FCW and we welcome you to join us in discovering and sharing your spiritual gifts which can be used to the glory of God and the edification of the ministry and church.

First Friends are assigned within a week of joining the church. They will contact you to help you navigate your new church family at FBCC.
First Friends help new members find and develop their spiritual gifts and assist with integration of new talents and gifts into the FBCC body

The Hospitality Ministry is a reflection of Christ’s love, an extension of the Pastor’s warmth and a demonstration of the First Baptist Church of Chesterfield’s love and concern for each person.

Supports all ministries of FBCC and provides clear and consistent messaging and marketing in all forms of media in a timely manner; and protects the FBCC brand and logo from misuse and inappropriate placements. All information that needs marketing, whether internally or externally, is funneled through MMM.

Promotes and produces engaging worship experiences and advertises all communications of FBCC within the mission and vision of our church with service excellence. This is accomplished through the service of our dedicated members and volunteers.

The purpose of the Music & Fine Arts ministry is to lead the congregation in a corporate worship experience setting. This ministry also provides a spiritual outlet for individuals to express their faith and commitment through creative means, such as: singing, playing instruments, drama, dance, and visual arts.
Purpose Is to recognize the spiritual knowledge, growth and development of young men and women of FBCC; and further encourage personal commitment in the teachings of Jesus Christ which includes pre-college planning, scholarships, gifts and encouragement towards continued education.

The purpose is to mobilize, equip, and coordinate volunteers to serve in the life of FBCC. iServe exists to match the gifts and passions of God’s people with the church’s needs. Our intent is to ensure every ministry area is supported and every member has an opportunity to serve. iServe is the centralized volunteer ministry at FBCC designed to coordinate volunteer opportunities, help people discover where they fit best, and to ensure that all service roles are filled, supported and celebrated.

The purpose of F.O.C.A.S. is to empower, equip and encourage Christian adult singles (21 and older) – whether never married, divorced, or widowed – to grow in God’s word and feel complete while fulfilling God’s plan for their lives.

The purpose of the Youth Ministry is to develop within the youth of FBCC a Christian worldview, that they may be salt and light in their generation, spreading the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ throughout all aspects of life.

The Usher ministry helps to ensure comfort in the worship experience and ministers to members and guests in a variety of practical ways. Greeting and serving everyone with a smile, assisting people with special needs, collecting the offering and serving on Sundays, Funerals and Special programs and events.

This Ministry is FBCC’s chief ongoing foundational strategy, providing weekly reinforcement and instruction in God’s word. Classes include Preschool, Elementary, Middle, Senior High, College Students, Young Adult, Women’s, Adult, and Senior Golden Disciples. Sunday School ministry engages individuals and families in the biblical model of instruction that leads to Spiritual Transformation.

Small Study Groups are 6-week sessions designed to provide opportunities for our Christian adults to engage in meaningful conversations regarding the application of the teachings we learn in church. We meet in small groups, usually in various homes, one hour, once per week, for a six-week period. Discussions center around issues we face in our daily walk of life.
